RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2025


At SERENA LI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted


2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order garments

  • Accessories (including t-shirts and merchandise purchased at events)


3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@srnali.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Package the item securely, ensuring it includes your original receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping:

  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by us for domestic orders

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary by region


4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges​

Exchanges are available for different variations of the same product, such as size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting info@srnali.com.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue for faster processing

  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced upon receipt of proof, provided that all tags remain attached


7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs fees. Shipping costs vary by region. Please ensure that the package is marked as a “return” to avoid additional charges.
